He came back at a later season and got lost on the track, so he has the strange record of being fastest and slowest.

When they replaced the Suzuki Leana with the Chevrolet Lacetti in the first episode of season 8, the rules were changed so that they timed one lap which counted and Jimmy Carr lost control of the car at the second to last corner and turned the wrong way at gambon.
Wait I thought he was at the bottom. I have seen full episodes from Season 10 and 11 and I see Jimmy Carr at the very bottom

Jay was on Top Gear this August I believe and he mentioned that segment in the interview. Star in a Reasonably Priced Car is what inspired the idea and he acknowledged that (Top Gear is his favorite TV show).
The date doesn’t work the same way with official TV networks’ YouTube channels. When uploading a series, they enter the air date of the episode and that replaces the upload date that everyone else has.
